Boodles of Cookies is under the umbrella of our parent company Boodles of Baskets. Boodles of Baskets has been a leader in the gift industry for many years, and monitors the gift industry for new and exciting opportunities that will benefit our customers from around the world.

If you’re not sure when to order your cookies for a future delivery date, give us a call, or, place your order ahead of time and enter the requested delivery date under special instructions. We will bake and ship your cookies to arrive on your requested date. (Available on future orders only. Please ensure you are meeting the minimum order deadlines)

If you are shipping to a remote area, we may not be able to provide 1-4 day delivery service for you and additional shipping charges may apply. If this occurs, we will try to contact you before proceeding to let you know how long your order will take to arrive.

Processing times are as follows:

Orders received by 4pm EST Sunday are processed and shipped Monday. (Business Days Only). (ship date is day 0 of your ship time)
Orders received by 8pm EST Monday-Thursday (Business Days Only) are processed and shipped the next day.
(ship date is day 0 of your ship time)
Orders received after 8pm Thursday and before 4pm Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday (business days only) (ship date is day 0 of your ship time)

Christmas orders may require 1-2 extra processing days depending on volume.

Orders are shipped to arrive within 1-4 business days, not including day of order. (Order date is day your cookies are baked per above, not date you place order.)

Shipping times vary based on destination, remote areas may take more time.

Cookies are available for shipping throughout Canada excluding Nunavut, NWT and the Yukon and the USA excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Boodles of Cookies takes every precaution in packaging our cookies however,
although rare, sometimes during shipping some breakage occurs. We are not responsible for breakage for any reasons.
