Boodles of Cookies is under the umbrella of our parent company Boodles of Baskets. Boodles of Baskets has been a leader in the gift industry since it was established in 1995. Our Promise
At Boodles of Cookies, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason during the ordering, shipping or receiving of our cookies, you are not completely satisfied, please do not hesitate to contact us at once.

Order Processing
Orders are shipped and delivered Monday to Friday (Business Days Only) Processing times are as follows:
Orders received by 4pm EST Sunday are processed and shipped Monday. (Business Days Only). Orders received by 8pm EST Monday-Friday (Business Days Only) are processed and shipped the next day. Orders received after 8pm Thursday and before 4pm Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday (business days only) Christmas orders may require 1-2 extra processing days depending on volume.Orders are shipped to arrive within 1-4 business days. Shipping times vary based on destination, please see our order page for specific timing.


Taxes are calculated based on where the cookies are being delivered not based on where the sender lives. If the correct province/state is not chosen during the order process and/or incorrect taxes are applied we will make the necessary corrections on your behalf and charge your credit card accordingly.

Shipping Fees and Policies

Shipping Fees Cookies
Each tin is shipped in its own shipping box and therefore shipping fees apply to each item, regardless of whether it is being shipped to the same address or not.

Our shipping is done via Fedex. Deliveries are made between approximately 9 and 6 EST Monday to Friday. Fedex does not allow time specific deliveries (eg. by 1pm). Fedex does not phone to arrange deliveries. Shipment times reflect business days. Shipping to remote locations in Canada, may require more time and an increase in shipping costs. We cannot be held responsible if there is no one at home/at business to receive delivery. We will not be held responsible for delays due to weather or other acts of God.

Hospital/Retirement/Colleges/and the like will not be held responsible for cookies that have been delivered to shipping and receiving, but not forwarded to the patient/student/recipient by the accepting facility.Non Delivery/Re-Delivery
If a recipient is not home when the cookies are delivered, and it is a house, the cookies will be left in a shipping box on the porch. If they are delivered to an apartment or business, a signature may be needed. If unable to deliver, a note will be left on the door, if possible, instructing the recipient to either call the number provided to arrange for delivery or to sign the note with instructions on where to leave the cookies for a re-delivery attempt the following business day. After two attempts, the cookies will be returned to us. The courier charges us for all packages returned to us. This fee will be charged to you as soon as we are notified by the courier.  There will be a $15.95 re-direct fee for incorrect addresses. Incorrect Address
Due to their perishable nature it is imperative that we are provided with a correct address. If an address change request is made while the package is on route, an additional shipping fee of $15.95 will apply. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with a complete and correct address (including buzzer number, if applicable). Please check your addresses carefully! (Including a daytime phone number where the recipient can be reached is highly recommended.). of Baskets will not be held responsible for returns or spoiled items due to an incorrect address. No refund will be given.

Delivery Tracking
As long as you provide us with a valid email address, you will receive a tracking updates for your cookies. can track your order for you for a $5 tracking fee per item.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of the cookies, all orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Please ensure that someone will be available to receive your cookie delivery on the delivery date. We cannot be responsible for cookies that are damaged or spoiled due to any delivery issues. All damaged shipments must be reported within 5 business days. We will make every effort to replace damaged items within this time, however we cannot be responsible for damage not reported within this time frame. Please keep all damaged merchandise and packaging as it may be requested by the carrier.

Any goods returned to of Baskets without prior authorization will not be refunded. The shipping costs of unauthorized returns will not be refunded. We will contact you for a re-ship address if possible. After 2 weeks your cookies will be disposed of. No refunds will be granted.

All orders cancelled after the credit card has been processed are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to change, amend, update or cancel this policy at anytime without notice.
