Track Your Cookie Order

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an automated email from Fedex when
1) your cookies have shipped,
2) if there are any problems with the delivery and
3) when your cookies are delivered.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (Business Days Only)

Processing times are as follows:
Orders received by 8pm EST Monday-Thursday (Business Days Only) are processed and shipped the next day. Orders received after 8pm Thursday and before 4pm EST Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday (business days only)

Christmas orders may require 1-2 extra processing days depending on volume.

Orders are shipped to arrive within 1-4 business days, in most cases. Shipping times vary based on destination, please see our order page for specific timing.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number from our shipper Fedex. If you don’t receive a tracking number please email us at [email protected] and we will provide you with a tracking number ASAP.
